As always a straight forward, easy and entertaining read from Dick Francis; this time, however, I noticed that the main character was not, as is usually the case, rich, smart, handsome and young. Nope, Alan (main character ;o)) is “only” rich, smart and young.. Hmm.. wonder what went wrong ;o)
